Smooth and easy. I viewed and test drove the car by appointment. The Rav4 was exactly as described, well presented and good value. Malik was extremely helpful and was on hand to answer any questions without pushing the sale. I didn’t meet Gagan but spoke to him on the phone and exchanged numerous messages. He too was helpful and polite. I agreed to purchase and a few days later paid for the vehicle by bank transfer following which the car was delivered onto my drive over 50 miles away within hours. Can’t fault this service.

I was uneasy initially bacause I never bought a car without even seeing it personally before. They were very patient and answered ALL questions I asked (a lot of them). Very straightforward. They even helped me with the finance and finding the plan that fitted into my pocket. Strongly recommend!
